Surrounded by miles and miles of thick underbrush and thick trees is a shallow swamp lake one mile long and 2/3 of a mile wide.
The lake is crawling with all sorts of life forms, fish, amphibians, reptiles. Along the shore there are nests of different sorts during the wet seasons, so scavenging is a possibility if your a carnivore. Herbivores also have a good possibility of finding a decent meal off of the vegetation surrounding the lake.
There is a hidden danger there if you are too heavy. If you go too far into the lake you can get stuck in the mud.
(OOC: Unlike most random events, this one will happen if you weigh over 10 tons. So if you're under that, don't worry, if you're right on that, worry a little bit, if you're over that, worry a lot.)
