Trees sparsely dot the landscape, most of which have their roots submerged. What little land there is in this area is pretty muddy. Water is abundant here, and so are plants. Many kinds of trees, ferns, and cycads dot the landscape as far as the eye can see, and rivers even farther. Food and water is abundant here, so any animal eeking out a living here will be hard pressed to compete for the food sources it can find.
